The historic centre of Krakow was added to the UNESCO list of World Heritage Sites. One of the most interesting places in this part of the city is the Old Market Square with St. Mary's Church and the Cloth Hall, “Sukiennice.” The Old Town lies on the foot of the Wawel Castle. In the nearest surrounding, there is a Jewish Quarter, called Kazimierz. What is more, among other sites in Krakow, the Sanctuary of Divine Mercy in Lagiewniki is also worth visiting.
