I would like to thank you and your company for a wonderful five days in Krakow. We had a fantastic time. Our trip was well organised and efficient. On our first day, we were collected from the airport and brought to our hotel. The hotel was very clean, friendly and more that helpful to us. During our stay, we visited Auschwitz, Salt Mines, walking tour of Krakow and Wawel Cathedral, and finally a tour of the Kazimierz and Schindler's Factory. On our final day, we were brought to the airport. We got exceptional value for money and Ernesto Travel was very honest in their transactions with us.

I have to highly commend Dagmara and Ernesto Travel for their professionalism and proficiency. No matter what I asked for, it was achievable. We had excellent guides especially, Anna, whom we met on two mornings. Anna spoke very passionately about the city of Krakow, she was exceptionally nice and caring towards our group.

I have no hesitation in recommending Ernesto Travel. I look forward to returning to Krakow and without doubt, I will be contacting Ernesto Travel to organise my trip. Thank you to Ernesto Travel.
