I am still recovering from the very full programme of sessions and tours at the Convention held in Krakow. I would like to compliment you on your organisation of the event, which was impeccable. Your personal attention and assistance for us on the many tours which you arranged and safely conducted us on, was much appreciated. Even when we disrupted your timetable with our poor time-keeping, your patience was never-ending. I am recommending to my friends and associates that they should visit Krakow and the surrounding region as it has so much to offer.
