Hi, initial morning extremely stressful!  Guide not there waiting for us and coach not identified with sign.  I contacted Mariusz who told me coach was last one n line so I walked down there and none of them were our coach so the group waited.  He arrived about 10 or 15 minutes after 9 and coach was the first one in line.  So the group could have been bringing over their luggage at 8:45 am. It was a very tight fit on the coach with luggage and one lady’s walker was damaged.  Mariusz found a bike shop that was able to be repaired enough for it to roll.    Loading the luggage that late took off probably 45 minutes of touring time.  Phase 2:  the rest of the day was brilliant!!!  Driver, Sergei excellent.  Mariusz excellent!!!  Tour day excellent!!  Hotel excellent!!! Dinner and breakfast super excellent!!!!  Transfer to the airport excellent!!!!
